Awesome experience and super fair pricing! I brought my Subaru in to have the transmission pan replaced. Another shop had quoted me nearly $2,000, which felt way too high. I found this place and they quoted me less than half that price. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but they were also great to work with—friendly, honest, and professional. Definitely glad I found them!
Learning experience for me. I already had the lower control arm part - just needed it put on. Was told by a friend it would be a 2 hour job max, but unfortunately I was in a hurry to get it done before traveling, and the friend was unavailable. Brought it here, and was told they would let me know what comes up. Next day I get a call that it’s ready and a $$$ invoice for five hours of labor. No confirmation about the state of things after they got it in the air, no communication about what they were doing, no quote provided ahead of time. No explanation of what they found or did. Just a super high bill. Right before Christmas. Also a 4% charge if you use a card to pay. So I paid cash, to a teenager in the office. Never talked to the mechanic who actually fixed the car. I asked them to perform a job, I figured as a professional business they would communicate and be transparent about the cost. I was too trusting. I was wrong. Make sure you ALWAYS ask what the cost will be before leaving your car somewhere. Thankfully I had the money. But now I’m super strapped and stressed. Maybe they needed that $$$ for gifts more than I did. Smh. Won’t be back.
Had them confirm a diagnosis on my vehicle. The quoted price was almost the same price as another independant shop outside of Lincoln quoted me. After I got the money together, they got me scheduled quickly & even worked around my schedule so I didnt have to take time off work. They got the repair done a bit quicker than estimated. The only negative I have is parking is tight at their location but I wont ding them on that as I care more about good service at a fair price.
Communication was horrible . We called for an estimate and we had to call them back on the third day to finally get the estimate. We were quoted a price and told 12 hours for the repair. They suggested we bring it in on Thursday and we would have it back Friday evening. Friday evening came and went and we didn't hear anything, then Saturday then Sunday. Finally Monday noon they answered the phone and the lady said that she'd have to check and get back to us. She didn't know when it would be available. Then at 4:00 Monday afternoon we finally get a call that it's ready. Now this is 5 days into a day and a half job, and I had no car for the weekend or for work on Monday. When I go to pick my vehicle up, there's an extra $150 charge over what they quoted me because they broke a part that wasn't supposed to be part of the repair, and charged me to replace it. On the day of the original quote, they told me they had the parts to fix what I needed fixed. I really feel that the delay in getting the repair done was due to them breaking the part I mentioned above, and having to wait for the order of the new part. But they were not honest with me and did not say a thing about it.
Fantastic people. Were really great to answer the phone and get us in for a pre purchase inspection on a Saturday out of town. They were super helpful and upfront. Would recommend them to anyone in town. Or coming though to buy a vehicle or having vehicle issues while traveling.
I took my 68 Caddy in to have a hose replaced and Brandon took care of it quickly and for a fair price.
