I don't normally leave reviews, but One Shot Auto Repair absolutely earned this one. I'm probably not the average customer. I own a vehicle that I intentionally set up with a known problem. I know exactly what's wrong with it before I ever pull into a shop. I do this because I want to know which repair shops are honest and which ones are just looking to sell unnecessary work. Over the years, I've taken this vehicle to numerous shops around Lincoln. Sadly, many of them failed the test. Instead of finding the actual issue, they tried to sell me parts and repairs that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. Some quoted thousands of dollars in unnecessary work, while completely missing the one thing I already knew was wrong. Then I took it to One Shot Auto Repair. They didn't play the guessing game. They didn't start throwing parts at it. They didn't try to scare me into buying repairs I didn't need. They took the time to properly diagnose the vehicle, found the exact issue I had intentionally built into it, and never once tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I have to say if your needing anything done on your vehicle in Lincoln ne I cannot recommend One Shot Auto Repair enough! My car has been in there shop 3 times in the last 2 months. Every other shop quoted me wayyy more to get this fixed. I’ve had power steering hoses replaced, a new cv axle and now they’re replacing my water pump. Every time I go in they are welcoming and so helpful. They break down everything I’m paying for and have never overcharged me like I’ve had happen in the past! Good family owned honest business. I definitely recommend them!
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They are always quick, thorough, and take the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. Everyone there is incredibly kind, honest, and never makes you feel taken advantage of—which is rare these days. I’ve definitely learned my lesson going to other places, and the difference is night and day. You can truly trust that they’re not trying to upsell you or screw you over—they just do great, honest work. Safe to say, they’ve earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommend!
